The room was quiet and spacious, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. the hotel is in a great and stunning location, just a short walk from the Bregenzer Festspiele. - Conveniently located close to the Bodensee boardwalk, the lake, several restaurants, and the railway station.

the room was well-kept with balcony, besides it had wake-up service, just in case.

Well, it was a comfortable stay in business trip. My double room had modern conveniences, including an electronic key card, coffee/tea making facilities and a work desk. Private bathroom was modern. The location was excellent and good - just 5 minutes' walk from Casino Bregenz. The staff was welcoming, so I will come back;))

Great spot, not too far from the festival area. the rooms are stylishly furnished, spacious with a cool terrace for chilling out 😎.

Our room was comfortable and spacious. Dinner menu was adequate; the weather had turned bad, with heavy rain, so we chose not to go into town to eat. Ample breakfast buffet with choices for all tastes.

I didn't like the noise in the hotel while you hear all the caffee noise from the room, no air condition and so far from the lake that you coudn't see the lake from hotel.

I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel in Bregenz for a business trip. The rooms were wonderfully decorated, with super cozy beds and chairs. The huge and ultra-modern TV set added to the comfort. The hotel's location next to the train station, the casino, and the festspielhaus was great. The spa facilities were amazing, providing a relaxing experience.

I highly recommend this hotel.

Waiting 25 Minutes @ 1100AM in the morning to check out...they only had one staff member on the desk at this busy time , they should have had 2-3. The room was not 4 Star standard, for a "superior". The fact that the power on half the first floor was off for 15 minutes in the evening ..??

The breakfast spread appeared plentiful and satisfying, located by the water and in close proximity to the Bregenz festival, the lake, theater, and other attractions in the area.

Room is ok, with all the needed equip.

No free wi-fi in the rooms, but free internet in the lobby.

The location of the hotel was perfect! Very close to Lake Constance and the city center. We walked everywhere. It's also right next to the symphony house on the water.

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. One night we walked into the casino to look around and got quickly escorted out for not wearing a jacket and tie...had no idea a casino was so strict in Austria. Our hotel room was good. Note to anyone ordering at the lounge though...we ordered a Crown Royal and it was poured from a Crown Royal bottle but sure wasn't Crown and it was watered down. We would have complained but the bartender never came back to help us. He compeltely disappeared although the bar was open a couple more hours. Very strange and bad service.

bed is not comfortable at all, on insulation between the walls & you can hear your next room clearly!.

Easy to find with ample parking as we were travelling by car this was important. The hotel is on the waterfront, right beside the Festival hall and floating stage, and only 5 minute walk from the centre of Bregenz.
